Farah is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Executive Coach (ICF) with more than 25 years of experience in the field of leadership and cross cultural competence.
She is the Founder and Principal of Interact Consulting and is passionate about bringing sustainable change to leaders, businesses and organizations by creating authentic and courageous leaders. Her clients are courageous and ready to take a quantum leap to reach their highest professional and personal potential.
Her approach is focused on helping leaders lead with purpose and authenticity and enhance their leadership potential. She strongly believes in the benefits of a mindfulness-based approach for driving lasting change. She has co-created a transformational leadership program for women called the “Integral Growth for Women in Leadership” based on the Integral growth model.
Farah has in-depth experience in multiple industries and works across all layers of an organization. She credits the unique experiences and exposure she has had to different cultures in making her more compassionate, courageous, inclusive and curious, all traits she brings to her work. She truly believes in collaboration. And her courage is contagious!
Over the years, she has facilitated numerous training for organizations across geographies and has an energetic persuasive delivery style which enables her to connect with participants and build rapport. She uses various experiential methodologies to engage the groups and creates an inclusive space to support the group with their discoveries. She is based in Bangalore, India but works globally and often virtually.
